OMP Gen II -Optics Mounting Platform
The OMP was created with the competition shooter in mind but has applications for Hunting, Law Enforcement, and Military. The OMP was designed for both right and left-hand use. It has many machined slots to make mounting a spotting scope or binoculars with a range finder flexible and easy. It also features a series of threaded holes throughout in ¼-20 for mounting accessories like cell phones and ballistic weather meters.
The recommend setup with this mount is to use one of the 3” Henderson Precision Arca rails (not included) which may be mounted anywhere on the bottom of the OMP to make attaching to a tripod with an Arca clamp easy. The OMP is extremely modular allowing the end user to configure the plate to their needs. Henderson Precision recommends (smallrig.com) Camera accessories for all your mounting needs as an easy option (not included).
