The Red Tac Gear Tripod Anchor is a simple and lightweight quick adjustable 1” webbing strap that attaches on the hook on the bottom of your tripod head with a sewn in metal “D” ring and tethers your backpack or heavy bag to the bottom of the strap.

The Tripod Anchor has a Mil-Spec style quick release adjuster with paracord pull tab that allows you to tension and adjust the length of the strap as you see fit. This allows the shooter to not only add weight to keep the tripod stable, but also allows you to lift your pack off the ground in wet or muddy conditions to keep it dry and clean.
